The Metadata Assistant analyzes

a standalone utility or can run from within
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook 2000 and
above. You can analyze and clean the active
(open) file in any of those applications or you
can designate a specific closed file. You can
even use the Metadata Assistant to batch process
multiple files located on a local or network
folder. Additionally, you can analyze/clean
files attached to outbound e-mail messages and
convert them to PDF format for extra protection.
