Our standard hours of
operations are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. EST to answer any sales questions you might have
regarding our products.

international order. We can give you exact shipping
costs based on your location.
General
Pricing and availability are subject to change without
notice. AHI has no liability in the case of orders
arising from typographical errors and reserves the right
to cancel any orders. Every effort has been made to
ensure accuracy of information listed and AHI is not
responsible for any errors contained therein.
Payment Policy
We accept Visa, American Express, and MasterCard. There
will be no surcharge for the use of credit cards and
your card will be billed upon placing the order.
Cashier’s checks, money orders, company checks and
personal checks are also acceptable as means of payment.

For cashier’s check and money order payments, orders
will be released immediately upon receipt of the
payment. For company and personal check payments, orders
will be shipped only after funds are released from your
financial institution to Automated Horizons. This could
take up to 7 business days after our receipt of your
payment document. All checks returned unpaid will be
subject to a $30.00 fee charged to you.
Sales Tax Information
If required by law, Automated
Horizons will add sales tax to the order to be paid by
the customer. Applicable sales tax will be charged on
all orders to be delivered in the
Commonwealth of Virginia.
Shipping Policy
All
credit card orders placed on products in stock, before
4.00 PM EST on any business day, will be shipped same day or the following day,
subject to credit approval. Orders with different
billing and shipping address may be delayed because of
verification requirements. We encourage our customers to
use the same billing address for shipping as it speeds
up the shipping process. International cards are not
accepted. Shipping charges can be viewed while placing
orders. Shipping charges are based on the total value of
the items in your order. We cannot ship products to any
P.O. Box addresses.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no cancellation or restocking fee for
orders, which have not been processed or shipped. If
you want to cancel an order that has been shipped, you
are asked to refuse delivery of your shipment. A
cancellation fee of $ 25.00 along with applicable
restocking fees and shipping charges will be charged to
your account.

Returns
All defective products may be
returned within 30 days for a replacement or refund. If
part of a product is defective, please return the whole
product, including all manuals and accessories, in the
original packaging. Customer is responsible for all
shipping charges.
Unfortunately we cannot accept opened, non-defective
merchandise for credit or exchange due to agreements
with our distributors.
All returns are required to be labeled with an RMA
(Return Merchandize Authorization) number, which has to
be obtained from our Customer Service department prior
to returning the product. RMA numbers are valid for ten
days only. Products sent back without a valid RMA
number will not be accepted. Customer pays for
shipping and shipping charges are non-refundable. Any
damage to the original packaging might result in
additional charges being assessed to your account.
Defective products can be returned for replacement
without restocking fee. Replacement product will be
shipped out on receipt of the returned product by AHI
without additional shipping charges. Where appropriate,
credit will be given within three weeks of return of the
product. Customers wishing to return or replace any
product after thirty days from date of invoice must
contact the manufacturer of the product. Automated
Horizons will have no liability after 30 days from the
date of the invoice.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell or rent your
personal information to others. We use customer
information for the purposes of fulfilling orders only.
Security
We use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption method
on all secure submissions, which is the industry
standard encryption technology for online transactions.
This method insures that the transmission of personal
information, such as account numbers and credit card
information is secure. The most common browsers,
Netscape and Internet Explorer, make it very obvious
when information is being passed in a secure manner by
showing either a completed key or a closed lock on the
screen. |
