More and more of our clients have been requesting that we assist them with monthly legal accounting maintenance functions. As a result, we are pleased to announce that we are now offering a full range of these services at a flat fixed monthly fee.

The following are a sampling of the types of services we can perform for you:

    • Data File Integrity Checks
    • Backups
    • Posting of Payroll Data
    • Month End Close Out
    • Bank Reconciliations
    • Spot Checking Reports for Accuracy
    • etc.
If you are interested in learning more about these services, please contact us. The flat monthly fee will be dependent upon which services are selected and the frequency with which you wish to have certain maintenance tasks performed. These services are also dependent upon us having remote access to your database.

Automated Horizons is committed to providing our clients with the types of services they want and need. If you have any suggestions for ways we may improve our service offerings, please contact Britt at britt@automatedhorizons.net.
