Susan Ausborn is one of our Legal Technology Consultants. She has eleven years of experience as a litigation paralegal and law firm administrator.
Susan taught law firm administration at a local paralegal program and subsequently returned to university to pursue her Master's in Social Justice Policy. After completing graduate school, she returned to the Roanoke Valley and worked in a local law firm using many of the products we support, including Summation, PracticeMaster and PaperPort. Additionally, she has extensive experience with the Tabs3 software system and Worldox document management software.
Since joining AHI, Susan has completed both her PCLaw certification and Worldox Administrator course and has had an active role in supporting the majority of products we represent. Susan hopes to maximize her unique skill set by focusing on assisting our local and regional clients with litigation support software and trial preparation.
